This project is the continuation and expansion of a pilot scheme which was run during the spring and summer of 2010 in West Cumbria. The main project aim is to enable people with mental ill health to engage in outdoor activities with the support of staff and volunteers. This will promote physical health, provide new skills and experience and have a positive impact on emotional wellbeing.
