The project will organise a series of workshops and hold a public art competition to celebrate its Diamond Anniversary in 2010. The project will benefit the local arts and cultural groups, as well as engaging local artists. This grant will pay for artist fees for a musical concert, rehearsals, floral art display costs, writing workshops, printing costs, publicity and initial funding for a public work of art.
