This provides work skills and starting a business training to unemployed people. Job coaches will work with beneficiaries to identify their needs, health and social issues and set objectives. Once participants have completed their training and are deemed ready for work they will move onto work tasters (for five days), volunteering (for six weeks), work experience (for six months), paid contracts at Aspire (for six months) or employment elsewhere. Beneficiaries also receive life coaching sessions.
