The purpose of this project is for a regional group of Age Concerns to provide general independent advocacy to older people in all different situations across Swansea, Bridgend and Neath Port Talbot. This project will take a person-centred approach to help empower individuals to represent their own needs, to fully understand their options, and make their views and wishes known with the help of both short and long term support from paid and volunteer advocates.
