The project based in Hamilton will target local high school females (S1-S3) who are overweight, obese, inactive, disengaged and/or show unhealthy lifestyle patterns. The project will also be open to those that want to participate in activities such as dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, Zumba and aerobics. This grant will fund coaching sessions, workshop sessions, promotion and marketing materials.
