'Hampshire Young Carers' is a three year project, based in Hampshire to support young carers in Basingstoke and Deane, Test Valley, New Forest, Fareham, Gosport, Eastleigh, and Winchester. It will provide support and guidance to young carers both at school and at home. Activities will include giving schools the skills and knowledge needed to identify and better support young carers and group activities and youth clubs for young carers._x000B_
