Harrow Minority Ethnic Elders Project (360G-tnlcomfund-0030105406)

This project provides older people from minority ethnic groups with a range of activities and services to improve their health and wellbeing as well as reduce social isolation, enabling them to play more active roles within their local communities. The project aims to directly address issues of social isolation caused by a number of factors including language barriers, lack of appropriate transportation and lack of awareness of services and activities available in the area.
