This project based in Digbeth works with adults who have mental ill health. Two allotment plots will provide the beneficiaries with the opportunity to grow a range of vegetables suitable for their own consumption or for use in the production of homemade chutney, which is packaged and sold at Farmers Markets. Other opportunities include a walking programme, structured workshops on diet and nutrition and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, and sessions preparing and cooking a range of healthy meals.
