This group want to deliver a single 900kW wind turbine project on the Island of Eday in Orkney. As well as investing in a community owned asset, it is intended that the sale of electricity generated to the Grid will provide income to be spent on other community projects and services and that fuel poverty issues in the community will be addressed. The grant will fund legal advice and agreement fees.
