This project provides a club for young parents and expectant young parents in Fareham. The young parent's club is based at Oak Meadow Children's Centre, which is a SureStart Children's Centre. The club allows the beneficiaries to bond with people in the same situation as themselves. Each beneficiary is assigned a family support worker and has their own confidential case file.
