This project aims to develop a new programme of professional training for the creative industries aimed at young people who are or who are at risk of becoming involved in drugs, alcohol or crime in Moray. The grant will fund professional fees for a community consultation, market research, business planning, a feasibility study, research, needs analysis and administration.
