This project will provide an intensive support and counselling service in order to prevent the relapse of drug users aged 16-35. The project will enhance the provision of pre-counselling service in order to prevent drug users dropping out from the waiting list, establish a link up of services and support other local organisations in order to build a positive social networks for beneficiaries. The five year project will fund staffing costs, venue hire, marketing, publicity, ITC equipment and overheads.
