Eating Well on a Budget (360G-tnlcomfund-0030106431)

This project, based in Mid Devon and specifically targeting Willand, Bradninch and Cullumpton, will work with families on low income to develop parental skills, promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The project will provide two sessions per week for up to eight families, where they will be shown how to prepare healthy meals and supported in costing, preparing and cooking. Children will reunite with parents at the end of the sessions to eat the prepared meal.
