Akwaaba Ayeh Community Health Development & Outreach Programme (360G-tnlcomfund-0030106977)

This project provides support, information, advice and guidance for black and asian young people aged 8 to 25 with mental heath problems. These youngsters are often the most culturally and socially isolated within the greater community and find it increasingly difficult to find employment. The aim of the programme is to overcome isolation and hardship by supporting personal development to encourage independence, education and employment.
