This project, based in Hartlepool, provides a single point of reference for any bereaved person/their family. Through the project, bereaved people will have improved access to guidance, information and a range of services. Including advice and information (wills, estates, accommodation, debt management, benefits); emotional support and health advise. The project will also provide a 24-hour help-line, which will ensure people who have mobility problems receive a rapid response to their needs.
