This project has two strands firstly it will implement a two tier quality management training system, secondly, it will see the establishment of a Reciprocal Exchange Network. This project will benefit 450 ethnic minority voluntary organisations across Scotland. Additionally a web based exchange platform will be created to facilitate the sharing of skills, resources and best practice between the network. This four year grant will fully fund two full time posts and one part-time post.
