The project will examine current good practice in end of life (palliative) care in the renal (kidney) setting, in three local NHS case-study sites (Stevenage, Leicester, and West London). Working with service providers and patients to evaluate how services can improve, draw on experiential knowledge and use locally available data, to assess effectiveness.
