DGHP Supported Housing Pathway to Independence (360G-tnlcomfund-0030108704)

This project will provide supported accommodation for Young People leaving care. The project will also provide intensive support to help the Young People develop a variety of skills making them more able to sustain a tenancy and live independently. The intensive support will also assist the Young People to access education and their increase employability. The grant will fund salaries, recruitment costs, accomodation costs, administrative costs and IT costs.
