This two-year project, in parternership with the Thistle Foundation, a voluntary organisation, and the University of Stirling, will take place in Scotland. The project aims to collect the views of around 40 service users and produce a practice guidance pack, with a DVD, to identify the issues and principles involved in decision-making about risk. This applies to a variety of professionals including carers of people with complex needs such as physical or learning disabilities.
