The project seeks to improve transitions for young people with disabilities and impairments in the transition from school and young people's services to adult provision. Working from the organisation's resource centre, TouchBase, Sense Scotland will work with the young people using the arts and outdoors education. This five year project will fund staffing, running costs, travel, training, project support, recruitment, equipment and evaluation costs.
