This idea is for a project that would develop a social enterprise type café/bar providing training, employment and volunteering opportunities to ex-substance misusers. The group aims to create a 'normal' environment for meeting, socialising and learning in order to support the rehabilitation process. This grant will fund a feasibility study, a business plan, training, mentoring for the steering group and professional advice.
