The project seeks to work in 15 remote villages in the Thar desert, Rajasthan, India. It aims to improve the lives of 16,000 vulnerable and marginalised older people, their families, women, and lower caste people (LCP). It will do this through the provision of safe water, increased crop production, reduced vulnerability to environmental shocks and increased participation in society.
