The partnership will deliver activities that will create an overarching delivery model to offer tailored support packages aligned with existing provision. Beneficiaries will be identified through referral and outreach by VCS organisations and networks on the ground. Each young person will be allocated individual case worker support to provide information, advice and guidance, discussing pathways to employment and defining steps that the young person must take to move themselves closer to the job market.
