The project will work alongside existing provision, accessing a range of services and activities from existing providers. Delivery partners will come from public sector, VCS and private sectors. Young people will assess and discuss their employment situation and the blockages they are facing with a key worker. Together they will produce a development plan with all activities costed against a personal 'budget' which will be used to purchase selected areas of training.
