£27,022

The Black Mountain Centre will appoint a Participation Officer to recruit and co-ordinate a group of volunteers to run a timebanking project in the village. Volunteers will use their existing skills to help and assist others, for which they earn a 'time credit' which can be exchanged for services between other individuals or groups. This enterprise will generate an income through charging for the provision of activities and services, although the charges will be reduced if the recipient has time credits.
