The project will use their grant to carry out close cell spry insulation, (which is an alternative to traditional building insulation such as fibreglass) to underside of concrete floor. Ceiling insulation will be carried out. A draft seal perimeter will be installed, new energy efficient lighting fitted. An air tightness survey will also be undertaken. Existing windows will be replaced with double glazed units and a solar voltaic system will be installed. New energy efficient white goods will bought._x000B_
