Logging on: providing training for offenders and fuel for villages (360G-tnlcomfund-0030112224)

This is a project from the village of Wye, Ashford. The group will use the funding to develop a sideline of their current business into a full-time community enterprise whereby local offenders completing their community service work on the farm to produce logs from timber which are then sold in the village hardware store. This enterprise will generate an income through the sale of logs and will also have numerous social benefits.
