Creating Connections for Older People for an Active life (360G-tnlcomfund-0030112633)
The grant will be used to create recreational support for older people with learning difficulties who have previously been isolated or excluded from mainstream venues. A range of events in Belfast, Omagh and Bangor, where users will be encouraged to share their memories as well as enjoying workshops of storytelling, dance and drama, will be offered. The three year project will culminate in a full scale production put on by the users themselves.
