This existing project aims to continue to support vulnerable people from BME communities with disabilities to live independently. Aapna Services (AS) will develop its services to enhance the quality of life of its beneficiaries by offering culturally appropriate support. It aims to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of the beneficiaries, their confidence in services and their self-esteem so that they can become part of the wider society.
