This is a continuation/development of an existing project serving Sunderland and County Durham, aiming to improve the lives of people with long-term mental health issues such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, early onset dementia and clinical depression by promoting psychological well-being. It aims to reduce isolation, build confidence/self-esteem and equip beneficiaries with new social/artistic skills. Activities will help to prevent/slow further deterioration.
