Transitions to Inclusion 2011 (360G-tnlcomfund-0030115737)

The project will support people with multiple barriers helping them move into volunteering, training, education or employment. The project will engage with clients mainly from the north and west of Glasgow who have serious mental health problems and chaotic lifestyles (including drug misuse, alcohol misuse and homelessness). The grant will fund salaries, organisation overheads, beneficiary costs and external training.
