This project will benefit young people aged 16 to 30 with learning difficulties across Angus. The project will refurbish and convert accommodation in order to set up a cafe service. The service will provide vocational and accredited training in catering and hospitality to 36 young people with learning difficulties, each year. This four year grant will fund salaries, refurbishment costs, equipment, operating costs, indirect staff costs, training and participant allowances._x000B_
