This project based in Nicaragua aims to strengthen the livelihoods of young people and their families living in extreme poverty. 180 young people will learn sustainable agriculture and livestock management. Learning acquired will be applied to their smallholdings during supervised 'practical' sessions. A further 720 YP will receive agricultural advice from university tutors through on-site demonstration training, supported by graduates who will receive peer education training as part of their course.
