To continue to help individuals overcome barriers to accessing employment and training opportunities in Swale. The project aims to reach people who would not usually take part in learning opportunities. The project will deliver motivational workshops around communication, team working, challenging fears, developing positive attitudes. Activities will include application form completion, CVs, mock interviews, confidence building, time management, work ethic guidance, career guidance and team working skills.
