The project will support older BME people helping them maximise uptake of benefit entitlement and assistance from support services. It will also enable engagement with the local community and voluntary organisations. Advice and guidance will also be provided on age related issues such as dementia, elder abuse, nutrition and isolation. This grant will fully fund salaries, staff training, staff travel, promotional materials, information materials, ITC equpiment and translation/interpreting costs.
