Transition to Employment Project (360G-tnlcomfund-0030118712)

The project will benefit economically inactive adult offenders from South Ayrshire. Beneficiaries will undertake an assessment to identify their barriers to employment and to enable them to make informed choices about their next course of action. The project will also arrange vocational and work placement training. Beneficiaries will have after care support to help them move into employment, training or education. The grant will pay for salaries, beneficiary training/expenses and organisational overheads.
