This project will refit and refurbish the centre's kitchen to bring it up to modern health and safety standards. The grant will be used to pay for a new extraction system, cookers, worktops, cabinets, sinks, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, saladettes, wall upgrades and floor upgrades. An outdoor storage container will also be purchased to store tables and staging equipment to create more space in the centre. This grant will also pay for the Clerk of Works' fee for supervising the project.
