The five-year 'Let's Get Together' project will support older people who are living with addictions including alcohol and prescription medication. Addictions can develop as older people experience isolation, bereavement, retirement depression or anxiety. The project will raise awareness and provide support services will include counselling and complementary therapies, information sessions. The project will also work with young people providing opportunities for shared experiences.
