Access to Advocacy (360G-tnlcomfund-0030120029)

This project project will ensure isolated older people know how to access advocacy services to enable them to have a voice, maintain their independence, make choices about their lives and improve their wellbeing. Clients can contact the service through a referral from a partner agency, through the drop-in service or telephone directly and self refer.
