This project aims to help disadvantaged young people to access training, work experience and ultimately employment in the construction industry. It allows young people, within their communities, to take part in practical refurbishment projects which will both improve their environment and their skills. Delivery is in the form of a mobile classroom which visits disadvantaged areas within identified boroughs and delivers up to 30 hours of training and support.
