This three year project will develop a range of indoor and outdoor physical activities for young disabled people in Glasgow, Fife and their surrounding areas. The young people targeted have multiple disabilities with complex communication needs and a programme of different activities will be available. Activities will include hill walking, wall climbing, Tai Chi and environmental trips to beaches, gardens etc which will result in improved physical and mental health.
