The West Berkshire project will enable students aged 14-16, from different abilities to relate to the experience of others during the war. Some young people will visit the DD Landing beaches and museums of Northern Fance whilst others will interview local residents for their first hand accounts. The interactive displays of the Imperial War Museum will bring history to life. The outcome of the shceme will be shared between students from different schools and with the wider community through display.
