Access Activity is an activity support service in West Lothian that will support at least 126 inactive young people with disabilities into mainstream physical activities of their choice. One to one guidance from a support worker will result in a tailored block of activity, gradually reducing dependence while building up self-esteem and confidence. There will be training and guidance given to local activity providers in order that provision for people with disabilities is available and appropriate.
