Increasing Levels of Physical Activity Among Older People (360G-tnlcomfund-0030128802)
Helping Hands will employ a full-time Physical Activity Co-ordinator for 15 months to develop and organise physical activity sessions for three days per week for 300 older people in the Cookstown district who have sedentary lifestyle habits. They also aim to train a team of five volunteers to maintain the activities after the co-ordinator leaves.
