Pathways, access to information, advice and advocacy (360G-tnlcomfund-0030132001)

Pathways, will cover each of the five boroughs in Warwickshire and aims to ensure that older people will have access to services that can provide help and support on issues including benefit entitlement, housing, home safety, and long-term care. It will focus on those most vulnerable and in need. The activities will include drop-in surgeries, rural outreach work, home visits, telephone and email enquiry services, information newsletters, talks and stands at community events.
