Alston recreation Ground - Old Dam (360G-tnlcomfund-0030132423)

This project will create a breathing place on The Old Mill Dam which is currently overgrown and unusable. The group will open up the stream through the area and re-plant the marsh areas, building duckboard pathways to increase access. The group is supported by BTCV, who are involved in the site preparation and will give advice on maintaining the project. The group will work with volunteers and involve the local community in the project.
