This project will work with 50 young people aged 14-17 from Ross-shire, Easter-Ross and Inverness to provide a year long one to one mentoring programme. This will be a befriending process where trust is built between the mentor and mentee followed by a more goal focussed approach where young people are assisted to take part in work experience opportunities. The grant will fund the existing post of Lead Mentor & Co-ordinator as well as the mentor fees.
