This new project is based in Cannock. It will enable older people to work as volunteers in pre-school and year six placements as a grandparent role model to help young people achieve their potential and develop their skills.The project will also provide support to grandparents who provide care for their pre-school grandchildren. This will be achieved by peer support and companionship groups.
