Respiratory Support Network for People with Chronic Obstructive PulmonaryDi (360G-tnlcomfund-0030133788)

The new project will offer 500 people suffering from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and their carers the opportunity to form support networks which will deliver training, education, therapy and respite. The aim is to provide people with COPD with social contact with others to reduce their marginalisation in society, provide training and encourage them to share experiences while giving carers the opportunity to take advantage of a respite programme by training a bank of volounteers.
