This three-year project will benefit young people aged 13-19 who are at risk of offending, providing targeted intervention and personal development programmes relating to healthy living. Through accredited programmes and complementary activities, the project aims to help young people adopt a healthy attitude towards risk taking behaviour around alcohol, drugs, sex and relationships. It will also encourage healthy eating, exercise and general well being amongst young people.
